Could you provide more details.
Which version of live-helper are you using ?
1.0.0-2  on debian sid.

What hardware are you booting it on ?
I'm booting it on an old pentium with 133 MHz and 64mb on ram

Is there anything stated in the grub consule ?

What makes you say it is a grub console ?

Does one of the lenny beta releases work on this hardware ?

What does work on thsi hardware ?
