GPG error for live.debian.net strikes again

Hi volks

I suddently got again the GPG error for live.debian.net although I've
disabled the secure apt-get option

Here the error:

W: GPG error: http://live.debian.net ./ Release: The following
signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available:
NO_PUBKEY 736BFF07FDB8D39A
W: You may want to run apt-get update to correct these problems

Obviously chrooting and apt-get update-ing doesn't help....

What am I missing?
