live-initramfs fails to authenticate with l-h trunk

the problem is, that upto a40, the trust-thinggy was inverted, means, it
was ignoring unauthenticated packages (!= malicious packages).
this has been solved somewhere in git; which, due to the fact that the
debian-snapshots/ repo is unsigned, results in interrupted builds.
temporary workaround is to allow unauthenticated packages by setting
LH_APT_SECURE=disabled. later, the repo will be properly signed, so the
issue will dissapear (and you will have to include the archive signing
key in chroot_sources/$foo.{chroot,binary}.gpg).
