dist-upgrade after lh_chroot_sources

After the security stanzas have been added to /etc/apt/sources.list
live-helper should then dist-upgrade to incorporate those security
updates.

I noticed this here:

I could dist-upgrade manually doing a chroot[1], though I think it
should be scripted in somewhere. But where and how? :)
