[PATCH] move cow mount rather than binding it on /live/cow, this prevents the /cow mount showing up in /proc/mounts

Ok, then IDRW :-)

But something about move and bind was an issue that ubuntu's upstream did not 
merged or reverted.. something happened in the past about that. But maybe it 
is no more an issue that could regard the new unionfs code. I just want to 
put a flag on this ML if something problematic will arise from that in the 
future. (no I do not have a rationale, just bad memories probably)
