Resolved: Problems with netboot and NFS

/live.log was the key to solving the problem.

I found that nfs mounting fails, lots of "rpc failed" messages were in the
log. After some googling I found the reason: never, never, _NEVER_ use
nfs-user-server.

The machine I used was based on nfs-user-server and it served rootfs to
lots of embedded systems. That worked fine. But for some reason "nfsmount"
command doesn't like nfs-user-server.

So maybe an explicit hint in the wiki would be helpful:
"You need the package nfs-kernel-server. Don't be stupid: _NEVER_ use
nfs-user-server, it is evil."

Cheers.
