live-package is dead, long lives live-helper

no, but you can store multiple local package files in
config/chroot_localpackageslist/. use the same format as those in
/usr/share/live-helper/lists/ do.
the 'trick' is to have all all your local customizations in the config
directory, so you can always rebuild your system very easily.
