custom artwork, syslinux

I think the current state of affairs is that you should use:

--syslinux-menu enabled \
--syslinux-splash 'config/binary_syslinux/moe.png'

Naturally you can use whatever path you want, but I've continued to
use the binary_syslinux/ as in the past.
