I cant create one iso

I build it from zero but i cant do the job.

I guet this error:
FATAL: Could not load /lib/modules/2.6.22-1-amd64/modules.dep: No such file or
directory

I have one amd64 (core 2 duo)
I ask for this: LH_LINUX_FLAVOURS="686"
I am sure that it has instaled at the start this: linux-image-2.6-686
linux-image-2.6.22-2-686 squashfs-modules-2.6-686
squashfs-modules-2.6.22-2-686
Because I read this:
Get:10 http://ftp.fr.debian.org lenny/main linux-image-2.6.22-2-686 2.6.22-4
[18.3MB]
 Unpacking linux-image-2.6.22-2-686
(from .../linux-image-2.6.22-2-686_2.6.22-4_i386.deb) ... Done.
Setting up linux-image-2.6.22-2-686 (2.6.22-4) ...

So I think it installs it well, but later Its confused, i dont know why.

This are last lines:
dpkg: error processing usplash (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
