I know, but didn't submit a bug as I'm not sure if this is the right
solution or if anyone has better ideas. But ISTM that access control
has got to be one of the most important configuration knobs (and seems
to be not difficult to implement). I Cc: the package list in my
previous message to initiate a discussion.
