Toram boot option

The LH_BOOTAPPEND variable (typically set in config/binary) allows you
to specify a string that will be appended to the kernel line in
syslinux.cfg, isolinux.cfg or menu.lst as appropriate.

'LH_BOOTAPPEND="toram"' ought to do the trick.
