apt/sources.list isn't deconfigured and uses the wrong mirror

At the end of an [initial] lh_build run:

The result is that sources.list ends up with localhost:3142 (from
apt-cacher) instead of mirrors.kernel.org (since ftp.d.o is out of
date).

Am I missing something?
