Are not winrawrite  only for floppy disk not usb?

you said, rawrite (!= winrawrite) does not find your usb stick.

so i assume, you did now try winrawrite or dd as i suggested, and even
winrawrite or dd did not find your usb stick?

if this is the case, i can't help you as i do not have sufficient experience
with the windows operating system. you may can get help by asking on a
windows support list of your trust.
