kernel crash

This occur in specific configuration only: 
netboot + plain fs + kernel 2.6.21 (both 2.6.21-1-686 and
2.6.21-2-686, k7 not tested)

What tested:

netboot + squashfs + kernel 2.6.21 -- booted normally
netboot + plain fs + kernel 2.6.18 -- booted normally

As You see, kernel crash on mounting root fs (nfsroot)
