I have just uploaded a new version.
- Some clean up. (the file layout should be stable now).
- The CD's volume name is use as the application title
- List of locales with names.

BTW, could it be possible to update the "autorun/language.lst" file. It is
a raw copy of d-i's /usr/share/localechooser/languagelist.
