[PATCH 4/4] Add lh_chroot_preseed helper

Given that we already had a preseed helper[0] in live-package, which was
skipped in live-helper for no ovious reason, that this one here is
actually identical, and that it's easier to not clutter the copyright
/just/ for that, Otavio agreed to set the copyright header to default
one which live-helper has.

Applied the patch, changed indenting and outputting of the error message
a bit, and applied.
