problem booting option and network

ip= was just a replacement for staticip... which just disabled dhcp in the 
first implementation, then I implemented the static ip config via bootparm, 
then someone asked about renaming it "ip"

I did not remembered it was a standard boot parm.

I'll then rework the syntax, or change the boot parm...
