Bug#390377: LIVE_PROXY_HTTP not working

Hi,

LIVE_PROXY_HTTP(/FTP?) is not working, not sure if at all or partly. (Cannot 
access proxy logs atm... but I can see that its at least sometimes (in the 
end when I see the download speed) not used.)
