make-live fails

I tried the latest version but got the same error
I have configured proxy as LIVE_PROXY_HTTP="http://proxy:port"; also just
"proxy:port" but both failed.
Should I try with adding proxy to /etc/apt.conf -> may be this proxy
information is not available to apt in the chroot. Should I try adding it
there?
