The xorg.conf is attached.
And yes, it looks like a wrong PCI id.
I have booted again the live CD. Then removed the line
BusID "PCI:0:2:0"
from xorg.conf.

After removing this, another error appeared, about Synaptics Touchpad.
Removed all the synaptics section. Another error, now about the mouse.
Since my mouse is serial and not PS2, I have changed the "Configured
Mouse" to use /dev/ttyS0 and also changed the protocol.
After there changes, X was able to work correctly.
So, it looks that vesa works for me. The problem is on xorg.conf, with:
- detecting the wrong PCI ID
- synaptics
- ps/2 mouse
