Bug#394226: make-live: Cannot handle non-codename distributions

Package: live-package
Version: 0.99.10-1

A distribution to use can be specified to make-live via several means. It is
possible to use a codename, such as "etch", but when using the non-codename,
"testing", it doesn't work. The problem is in
/usr/share/make-live/scripts/02defaults.sh, lines 53 and after, which resets
the value of LIVE_DISTRIBUTION depending on the codename. However, if it
already was a valid name, this is not recognized and replace by "unstable".

Both the fact that unstable is used in such a situation and the fact that the
"unstable" fallback is silent are bugs IMO.

Thanks,
Bas
