Reporing bugs etc.

Hi,

just as a reminder while cleaning up the alioth tracker: Since both
casper and live-package are in Debian itself, please do report bugs
against those package directly to the Debian BTS (or on the mailinglist
if unsure), and report general or infrastructure questions/problems
directly to the mailinglist. Do /not/ use the alioth tracker anymore,
thanks.
