New make-live features

--hook is not intended to add package, you can call anithing you like, also
something just copied in by --include-in-rootfs option, so you could
configure packages inserting data in debconf, call localepurge,
remove /usr/share/doc, manpages, and so on. Mine was just an exaple calling
aptitude without args, kde-core is the final parameter of make-live.
--include-in-image was put mainly to ease the inclusion of docs in the iso,
bu other uses are here too, like inclusion of d-i dirs and debs...
--include-in-rootfs it is putted in to help feed of custom hooks script and to
add software in the live not already packaged by debian.
--hook gives the ability to launch a command present in the rootfs in chrooted
environment, examples are above.
Next options we'll add are -c|--config to use another config file other
than /etc/default/make-live and -s|--suite to install something different by
sid.
