Instal debian live cd to hardisk

It's called ubiquity and will be provided (untested) as part of the next 
casper. Try it on laste ubuntu dapper live-cd, also their patched syslinux 
would be nice to have.

It does not use an X server, just a direct framebuffer gtk layer.
