lintian raises a `build-depends-on-essential-package-without-using-version` error if a package depends on `bsdutils`, but `bsdutils` is no longer an essential package since 2.41.2-1 (sid/forky).
Marked Severity: important because the Error level of the tag makes various tests fail.
