Package: lintian Version: 2.115.2 Severity: normal Lintian now needs about 3 minutes to check the postgresql-15 source package alone. I'm not really willing to wait that long interactively, so chances are I'll ignore Lintian in the future more than I'd actually like to :(. Christoph

Closing this bug since: 1. the runtime has improved quite a bit since this bug was opened Here's what I get with pgsql 18 on my Framework laptop: time lintian postgresql-18_18.0-1.dscW: postgresql-18 source: obsolete-debian-watch-file-standard 3 [debian/watch]real 0m25,809s user 0m24,868s sys 0m1,956s 2. IMO it's too vague to be actionable, especially at this severity levelPatches and more precise bugs targeting specific behaviors are welcomed though.-- ⢀⣴⠾⠻⢶⣦⠀ ⣾⠁⢠⠒⠀⣿⡁ Louis-Philippe Véronneau ⢿⡄⠘⠷⠚⠋ pollo@debian.org / veronneau.org ⠈⠳⣄
