Yes, I was inspired by finding `nproc` in a package from one of the teams I work with. Earlier today I uploaded fixes to Salsa for the most of the packages in teams I'm in a member of, but since the issue isn't too urgent I didn't upload new source packages to the archive.

Having this Lintian check would prevent regressions and helps out other maintainers in the future. Myself, I only recently learned about DEB_BUILD_OPTION_PARALLEL.
