When you do these kind of uploads, I recommend you use the `-v` option
of dpkg-buildpackage (actually a dpkg-genchanges option) to include the
previous changelog in the .changes file.
That's because now all the bugs that you added in the previous changelog
were not part of the .changes files, and so there weren't automatically
closed, as well as having to direct reference to an upload.
Also, people following along reading the .changes as sent via email
can't get the whole picture :)
I noticed that you closed (hopefully all?) bugs manually with a mail to
control@ - but that's also not the best experience for bug reporters.
