Dear Maintainer,

Lintian recently started getting internal error when checking sphinx package:

The error is:

It seems to have been fixed in the one or the other since then, at
least "lintian --tag-display-limit 0 sphinx_5.3.0-2.dsc" as if now
(git commit e45c16683 between 2.115.3 and the following release,
probably 2.116.0) no more bails out despite sphinx still contains
"tests/roots/test-images/testimäge.png".

Hence closing this bug report as fixed in 2.115.3. (Feel free to
reopen if you can still reproduce it with another package.)

BTW, I've had a closer look at this bug report before filing
https://bugs.debian.org/1027949 which is about a similar albeit
different issue with UTF-8 paths as lintian commandline parameters.
