I think this is incorrect and section 8 is the appropriate section for
documenting root-only helper programs that may be installed in
/usr/libexec. (At least, if section 8 is not the right section, I'm not
sure what the right section would be.)
Fix is probably to just add /usr/libexec to the list of directories
checked for binaries to satisfy this test.
