think these are already fixed in git

This MR fixes these failures:

these are all because of usrmerge putting service files in
usr/lib/systemd rather than lib/systemd -- add "usr/" to the message
in the hints file for each

(and updates the description of the tests in CONTRIBUTING.md and
t/recipes/README)
