Package: lintian Severity: wishlist Recently I noticed a package enter Debian with a changelog that was both a QA upload and introducing a new maintainer. This doesn't really make sense because a QA upload means it is still orphaned but a new maintainer means it has been adopted. Perhaps the person who did the upload didn't understand what QA uploads are for.
