Current timings:

$ time lintian postgresql-15_15~beta4-1.pgdg+1.dsc
2.115.2     2m29,255s
2.115.3     1m24,698s
2.115.4~git 1m23,866s

So it became a lot better, but I think 84s is still too slow for
checking a .dsc.
