README.Debian.gz is a symlink to a package that isn't built from
postgresql-15, I guess that might be a problem:
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 37 10. Aug 14:33 /usr/share/doc/postgresql-15/README.Debian.gz -> ../postgresql-common/README.Debian.gz
