Hello,

lintian reports executable-in-usr-lib for executables under
/usr/lib/cgi-bin/, which is false positive. Directory /usr/lib/cgi-bin/
is designated for CGI scripts which require execution bit in order to be
runnable on the server-side.

All packages having executable files under /usr/lib/cgi-bin/ should be
exempt from this lintian tag:

$ apt-file search /usr/lib/cgi-bin | cut -d : -f 1 | sort | uniq | wc -l
72
