Bug#1012235: lintian: check validity of autopkgtest names

I had this stanza in d/tests/control (src:libthrust):

  Test-Command: debian/tests/upstream-testsuite CPP/CUDA 17 g++-10
  Features: test-name=compile_testsuite_CPP/CUDA_C++17_g++-10
  ...

but autopkgtest doesn't like that and returns
 
  compile_testsuite_CPP/CUDA_C++17_g++-10 SKIP test name may not contain / character


Please add a lintian check for the validity of

  Features: test-name=...
