As for your Lintian results, you are seeing quite a few bugs elsewhere:
- embedded-library is also on Lintian's webpage.
- source-is-missing, source-contains-prebuilt-javascript-object,
very-long-line-length-in-source-file do not show up on Lintian's
website because the cruft check was disabled there. It is
malfunctioning (Bug#993613 [1]) but I am not sure your hints here
affected. I think that is the bug we are discussing here. None of
these are present in your earlier sources.
- groff-message is Bug#973313. [2] I believe they are caused by the
privileged runners used in Salsa CI. Lintian is likewise affected [3]
as are many projects with international or UTF-8 manual pages. Over
the past year and a half, I have never seen that bug outside Salsa CI.
- static-library-has-unneeded-sections is Bug#995991. [4] The fix is
pending, but has not yet been uploaded.
- superficial-tests is being disputed in Bug#994139. [5]
Kind regards
Felix Lechner
