Bug#1000610: lintian: FP for missing-build-dependency-for-dh-addon with Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 11)

I agree that this error is very confusing and misleading. And 
unfortunately the help page 
(https://lintian.debian.org/tags/missing-build-dependency-for-dh-addon) 
doesn't help much either.

For me the solution was to remove `--with autoreconf` from d/rules.
