FreeType, for example, has an override for 'ot' on four separate lines
of a man page. 'ot' in this case stands for OpenType.

To avoid specifying the tag override four times, I tried "line 35 41
57 132" but that didn't work at all.

I didn't know wildcards were supported. There's a balance between a
need for a wildcard and specifying lines.

I just thought an array could allow maintainers to specify specific
overrides for the given lines, without using a wildcard, which could
have a broader catch-all effect than intended.
