Done... although I had to manually reinstate the two changelog entries
that had been hidden due to the use of "Gbp-Dch: ignore", if only
because there would have otherwise been no changelog entries at all.

But given the implied relevance of these changes (as you say, they
need to be applied and uploaded for the package to migrate to
testing), the use of "Gbp-Dch: ignore" for these two commits seems
like a misjudgement.

Please could you be a bit more careful with your use of this directive
in the future, as well as be a little more astute with the changelog
entries in general? It would save a lot of unnecessary work and
back-and-forth around releasing Lintian.
