They were condensed into one line.

I tried to make them more meaningful. Some entries are required to close bugs.

   * Turn maybe-not-arch-all-binnmuable into a classification tag.
   * Drop classification tag octal-permissions.
   * Warn when trying to issue duplicate hints.
   * Provide more context to disambiguate similar hints.
   * Assume that all interactive terminals are hyperlink capable, but change default to off.
