As you pointed out and—as was noted in the other bug [1]—the tag was
not issued for your udebs but your dsc. At least from the letter of
the policy, it seems to be required there. [2]
As a side note, I believe the Standards-Version field should be
dropped altogether. Whenever possible, I try to reduce Lintian's
never-ending reminders to update it. The other bug has more on that.
