Bug#985445: lintian: Doesn't recognize EUPL v1.2 as LGPL compatible

Package: lintian
Version: 2.15.0
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

I got the lintian error 'copyright-should-refer-to-common-license-file-for-lgpl' while building my debian package.
I'm using the EUPL v1.2 which mentions, that it is LGPL compliant, but lintian doesn't seem to know about this license.
It also seems like nobody else reported this issue before.
Lintian told me to report it in this case, so here I am doing just that.

Best regards
