Hi Felix,

The one I created tonight based on the instructions at
https://wiki.debian.org/DebianRepository/UseThirdParty, called
elastic-archive-keyring.  It indeed ships a file under
/etc/apt/sources.list.d.  (And another under /etc/apt/preferences.d,
which Lintian also complains about, but that tag hasn't got
contradicting documentation.)
