lintian 2.89.0 released

Hi,

The Lintian maintainers are pleased to announce the release of Lintian
version 2.89.0.

Lintian dissects Debian packages and reports bugs and policy
violations. It contains automated checks for many aspects of Debian
policy as well as some checks for common errors.

This version includes the following changes:

  * Summary of tag changes:
    + Added:
      - systemd-service-file-uses-deprecated-syslog-facility
      - systemd-service-file-uses-nobody-or-nogroup
.
  [ Chris Lamb ]
  * Check for User=nobody and Group=nogroup in systemd .service files.
    (Closes: #966623)
  * Check for StandardOutput= and StandardError= that uses the deprecated
"syslog" or "syslog-console" facility. (Closes: #966617)
  * Fix a false positive with no-dh-sequencer due to target dependency.
    (Closes: #968108)
  * Drop an unused $skip_tag argument to "extract_service_file_values"
    routine.
.
  [ Felix Lechner ]
  * Prefer settings in configuration files over other defaults and allow
command line to override both. (Closes: #968067)
  * Add unzip to Depends in debian/control and drop from
debian/tests/control. Also add lzop to Depends in d/control.
    (Closes: 968041)

This version available now in Debian unstable and will be backported
to buster-backports once it has migrated to bullseye.
