Hi Jakub,

I am not sure what Policy §5.6.13 said in 2013, but from my
perspective such formatting is not an error (unless the entire text is
indented by more than a single space).

For the examples you attached, especially, it is actually desirable
that the bullet points are rendered verbatim as described in policy:

> Those starting with two or more spaces. These will be displayed
> verbatim.
