Thank you for filing this report. The address is indeed bogus,
although we tried to turn off TLD validation. That issue is being
addressed separately. [1]

I wrote to another email address from your changelog that was used
recently in the Debian BTS and pointed Adam to this bug.

Unless Adam objects, I would replace the bogus address with the one
recently used in Bug#955501.
