Bug#904885: lintian.d.o: En dashes in tag descriptions are output incorrectly

Fixed for the website in this commit:

    https://salsa.debian.org/lintian/taxiv/-/commit/927c23e0c2f28769321a34583b8339f35e1edc4d

but not yet fixed for 'lintian-info'.

We currently do not track bugs for the reporting code separately
(although the code is now separate from Lintian). This bug will be
closed when 'lintian-info' is fixed.

Please note that the tag mentioned here will soon be replaced by a
general policy tag called 'missing-field'. The references that caused
the bug have been transferred to the new tag. The correct display can
soon be verified there.
