lintian 2.77.1 released

Hi,

The Lintian maintainers are pleased to announce the release of Lintian
2.77.1.

Lintian dissects Debian packages and reports bugs and policy
violations. It contains automated checks for many aspects of Debian
policy as well as some checks for common errors.

This version includes the following changes:

  [ Felix Lechner ]
  * Deal gracefully with empty configuration files. (Closes: #961684)
  * Amend a tag description with how to add missing upstream signatures to
    the archive. (Closes: #954743)

This version available now in Debian unstable and will be backported
to buster-backports once it has migrated to bullseye.
