more than once I tripped on this, using `py3versions -s` but having only
python3 (or, not even that and rely on it being pulled by the testing
package), without python3-all.  That causes only the default version to
be installed, and then the test would fail when trying to run the other
non-default supported version.

Please check for this as well ♥
